Today was the Lady Track Shack 5k!
Location: Beautiful sunny Florida
The race was only women and was at Mead Gardens.
I ran the course with my sister. Our moto was "stick with your sis", however we ended up losing each other at mile 1. For my first race of 2005, I ran suprisingly good. My time: 28:20--- yeah!
A new PR is on it's way.
