What's in a dream

Many people have asked me if I have a feeling as to whether the baby is a boy or girl. I have to tell them honestly, no. However, about a week ago I had a dream that I had a boy. It was pretty bizarre, everything was blue. My life after the dream, I still don't have a feeling and just consider the dream a dream. Are there hidden meanings to dreams when you're pregnant?
