why is it that when you are running late or you have something really important that you need to do- you inevitably get stuck behind the S-L-O-W-E-S-T driver? i am pretty sure that when you attempt to pass them or nudge them along, they drive slower! in all fairness the perpetrator is not even going the speed limit!
