On Tuesday, our house got struck by lightening. Needless to say, we are really thankful that we were not home when it happened, but got home shortly after as the lightening blew a whole in one of our water pipes. If we had not gotten home when we did, our basement would have been flooded (again). It's been pretty crazy as we are trying to get stuff back up and running. We do have water now, though. Lots of electronics were affected: new phone lines, electrical stuff, scanner, modem, router, ethernet, receiver, speakers, and insulation. So T is excited about replacing them. Also on the list is new siding because of the burn marks and dent where the lightening left it's mark.

One more thing: i'm having a terrible feeling that I never replied to an email of yours from several weeks ago........
if so, i would LOVE to do a book reading thing. Seriously! Let's do it!
