Not Dead Yet

Yesterday, was the first time I've been running since my unfortunate ankle incident (a month ago). I decided on a quick 3 mile at Pioneer Park. I totally underestimated how cold it was outside, but that's not unusual. I think that being from FL, I can't conceptualize temperatures. Anyways, I was cold, really stinking cold. I wanted to see how fast I could run a mile after my month long hiatus. 8:42, people! After that, my times got slower, mainly because of my lungs freezing and having to puke... twice. But I finished, in under 29 min. The Half- Marathon may not be so bad after all.
